Money Back Guarantee

We offer a Money Back Guarantee for our Jade bangles if they are found to be non grade A, authenticated by a recognized body in your area. All returns under this category must be made within 3 months of receiving the goods. Please informe us as early as possible if you intend to send your bangles for testing.

Recognized Bodies: An example of a recognized body is the GIA (Gemological Institute of America)

Requirements for Authenticator:

• Must issue a certificate detailing measured parameters.
• Must have a website for content verification.
  

Money Back Guarantee Covers:

• Cost of the product
• Freight charges for shipping and return
  

Other Returns:

• Received damaged product
• Received wrong product

For these returns, you must inform Jade’s Call via email, within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Freight charges will be borne by us.

Please contact us before any return. Only approved returns will be entertained.

Returning Conditions:

• Return must be packed in the original packaging condition.
• The Jade’s Call product label must still be attached to the bangle in its original state.

Please Note: We do not allow returns for change of mind or for pictures not accurately reflecting the physical bangle. Do note that pictures have some degree of variance due to lighting and resolution. You may ask more questions or request for more pictures before purchasing. We are an honest business, and sincerely ask that you buy with care. 

We will accept one time exchange due to wrong sizing informed within 48hrs of receipt with products returned in original packaging (with The Jade's Call tag). Freight charges will be borne by the customer.
